I Need To Send A Document

I need to send a document to someone but when I do it on my scanner it keeps
being returned,so I need to take a copy and send it on my own email, Help please.

Windows 10, kodak printer but the printer uses the default email and my email is not the default email. My daughter usually does it but she's away.

scanning it puts it onto your computer. There may be an option to send directly from that process (I can do this) If this is not an option, or you cant find where this is, then you can send an email and add it as an attachment.

yes, once it's on your computer, send it as an attachment to an email.

Windows 10 has not been developed yet, latest edition is Windows 8.
Is this webmail or do you use an email client?

Either way there should be an option to attach a document to a new email. Have a look and try that.

I thought it said windows 10. Anyway,I eventually scanned it saved to a file and attached it to an email and IT WORKED. I sent a test copy to my SIL and she received it. Mind you,giving birth was easier!!!!. Thank you all for your help.
