I have the Galaxy S3 phone and just recently it will not accept calls from my home phone, I called my home phone company who checked to see if there were any blocked numbers on my line and there is not, now somebody has just informed me that there is a "reject caller list" on the Galaxy, I have looked in settings but cannot find a list can anyone tell me how to find and access it in easy steps please.

In the 2nd section of settings titled Device there is Blocking Mode, so tap that to set the various blocking options including allowed contacts.
