Cheesy Noodles With A Twist
Hello, my name is gertrude trudy. I'm a widow and am 75 years old. I've recently discovered cooking and love it and have made meals for many friends and neighbors who all enjoy them. They are nutritious and cheap as i know that money doesn't go a long way on a pension so i've experimented and through trial and era i've nearly got a book full which i'd like to share with you all.
The main things you need other than the usuals you have in your cupboard are ou need,
1 pack of cheap chicken supermarket noodles.
1 small block of hard cheese
1 pack of supermarket own brand spreadable cheese triangles
You boil the water and when it's boiling you throw in the noodles for three minutes, when the noodles are done at 3 minutes you throw in 3 triangles and grate some of the hard cheese on the plate, you then carefully place a layer of noodles and then a layer of grated cheese, then another layer of noodles and then the last layer of grated cheese.
You then dribble a few drops of hot sauce around the plate alternating with drops of soy sauce to make it fancy looking, you then garnish the noodles with a sprig of thyme.
Eat with a hunk of crusty brown bread.
Cheesey noodles with a twist, enjoy and bon apetite!
