its called Feeling Good and its by Nina Simone. Im not sure how new the advert it you mean, but thats the newest one ive seen.

Muse did a cover version of it, which Nescafe used in the ad without permission. After Muse threatened to sue, Nescafe got a new singer in to re-record the track in the style of the Muse version. Apparently, his name is Eon John.
