Are These People Okay ?

I am about to book 2 seats on Monarch charter to Goa for Nov, this company has quoted £640 economy which is okay but I am nervous because its over the phone, I have asked can I go to the office to pay by credit card and they say they have just moved to Chessington, should I be suspicious ? cant afford to loose this amount of money.

Are they ATOL or ABTA protected? I'd worry if not, can't you book direct with Monarch?

Not read anything untoward about them. They have been around since the sixties.

I can't see anything suspicious about the company. It's always a worry, though. I've booked online with Thompson and OH was so worried that it did not seem official that I ended up going to a local Thompson shop to get a printed receipt.

May travel firms, including Coop and Future Travel have agents who work from home.

why don't you just book direct with Monarch, dee? We do it all the time, you can pay them on line straight away. Cuts out the middleman. YOu might get a better price, too. http://www.monarch.co.uk/goa-india/flights

According to their website, they are ATOL protected. They are obviously just an agent that deals with Monarch. What you could do (after you have booked everything) is ask the agent for your Monarch booking reference. You can then go into Monarch`s website (under manage my booking or something similar) and check that you are in their system.
