Adverts And Surveys On My Computer

I am constantly bombarded by adverts and surveys on my computer, could some kind person tell me how to stop them coming onto my computer.

How are these arriving, by email? If so there is not a lot you can do.

If not then run some security software, like say Malwarebytes, which is free to see if you have any spyware or malware on your PC.

At the end of the install make sure you DESELECT the PRO (chargeable) version and it remains free.

After install run an update to get the latest files, then do a full scan

you can reroute junk mail to a junk folder but how depends on your ISP and your mail program.

Google for a FREE program called "NoAds" and install it. It will block the various pop-ups.
If you are using I.E. you could also look in the menu for TOOLs and then for Pop-up Blocker.
