Public Transport From Malaga To Cadiz

Hi can anyone help me with advice over how to get from Malaga to Cadiz. I'm actually going to Conil, but i think there is a local bus from Cadiz to Conil.
I arrive 9.45 am on a Tues am, so have all day to get there.

PS: Next time, fly to Seville, rather than Malaga, and take the train to Cadiz.
