What have we got today?

There's chicken wings, chicken drums sticks, various dips, salmon voldy vents and tuna and tomato sandwiches.

Gin is in Crafty's usual place (sorry to read that the vertigo has returned)
Red wine in the wine rack in the corner, white is in the fridge.

Dig in!

Over the rocks and shake or mix well:

2/3 oz triple sec
1 oz light rum
1 oz gin
2/3 oz vodka
2/3 oz tequila
1oz sour mix
Coke to top
Lemon wedge for garnish

A long island tea is supped on long island beach beside a long island hunk :-)
hence the mixing - tastes like tea but with a kick - then there is Russian tea........
C'mon DT, whats in this Russian tea then ?.

Glass of slivovitch (Serbian plum brandy) heated up, teabag in it and serve - there used to be a Russian café in the Sablon in Brussels that made spectacular ones which we would have as a nightcap at 3 or 4 am..........

I have Ina Garten's recipe for Long Island Iced Tea there are an awful lot of spirits it that one too - I wish I knew where I put the book that I kept it in, it'll be around here somewhere. I'd prefer it to be tea free though ...
