Can I use the tablet whilst it is charging and is it safe to leave it on charge overnight?

I would add one note of caution, it's not recommended to leave batteries on charge when not attended and a tablet battery is no different to a lap top battery. Also batteries deteriorate very quickly if they are constantly overcharged especially laptop batteries, once or twice wont harm it but leaving it permanently plugged in is not advisable.
