as OBonio says, it's called Blue Gene/L (current fastest). see:

Though of course, these are supercomputers. Quite different from a regular computer. They certainly couldn't run windows, or your favourite game, on them.

If you want to make your own supercomputer, you can either design some very special machine like a Cray, or you can use lots and lots of regular computers all connected together in a configuration called a "cluster".
