Dog's Odd Finds

Does your dog find things of interest which amaze you? When I went out this morning, the wolfhound pup was chewing a pink riding helmet and sitting in a complete set of maritime signal flags. The nice touch was that the flag draped on his neck was letter Z meaning "I require a tug". Could have been worse. It could have been B " I am discharging explosives". What gets me is not that nobody knows where he finds these things; they must be stored in boxes somewhere around here, forgotten; but why he chooses them. Shoes and boots , I understand, but rock hard helmets and flags?

Perhaps he's already eaten the little girl in the riding helmet. Don't know about the horse though. As for the flags, some sea monster (wolfhound pup) may have capsized a boat whilst trying to climb in.
