was BL00DY brilliant. We were meant to do hill starts but we practiced them mainly. We did turns in the road and he was like you are really good at these(!) never did one before today and I'm good at something! Went over clutch control and pulling away and using the gas quickly and stuff...
He must be keen as he wants to check my parking skills (which I've done loads of) and move onto the Dual Carriage way next time we go out!
My provisional Expires on Sept 12th but I asked him if he thinks I can pass by then and he certainly thinks I will. I just need to sort my theory out and I'm cooking with gas really. But I have to wait until I come back from Cardiff before I can book it.
I won't Tony, I just need Dinner Money, Programme Money and something for emergencies and any money I make from Avon will go into my 'saving' fund for Cardiff and future Driving lessons.
Thank You Flump, it feels natural to drive just a few things do take a little getting used to, but I was always asking dad questions and watching what he did from a youngish age and I've always taken an interest in cars and things so I think in a way its helped down the line :)
Will do Tony, but being Diabetic I think a job in the forces is maybe out of the question but I enjoy driving so there's a chance I could work in something driving related :)
LOL I don't think I'm quite ready for that SlackAlice (not sure we have roads/spaces big enough to try that here) but thank you. I've never actually done parallel parking yet. I can park in a space surrounded by other vehicles in a car park :)
