Gifts for the Best Men

Anyone have any ideas for gifts for the best men at our wedding? My fella has said cufflinks, but only because that's all he could think of. The best men are not likely to be wearing suits again any time soon, and I would like something personal yet I can't think of anything. The one who is the problem is mid 20's, dj's house music, doesn't smoke, isn't a big drinker and works in a factory. Any ideas?

Well, i was going to suggest a tankard but if he isnt a big drinker its just something that needs dusting on a shelf! have you tried checking online services? www.tsena.co.uk have some nice things for weddings - and not too pricey either.

If he's a DJ, cheesey I know but music vouchers HMV, Virgin or perhaps there's a shop where he goes specially? Just a thought!!

My best mate got me a brass F1 car which had a clock built into it. it's very nice and useful. I think you can get these from jewlers.

I�ve been best man 3 times and have had some good keepsakes - a posh pen set at the first, a book with a lovely message written inside for the second and cufflinks for the third. Cufflinks aren�t worn that often but they do last a lifetime. If I�m perfectly honest, I personally would have been disappointed with vouchers, I feel that if you know someone well enough to have them as a best man you know what they like. I bought my best man a dartboard and a posh set of darts!

Hang on, I�ve just re-read your question � best MEN? How many are there??? Assuming you will only have one ring what will the others do?

An engraved silver pen, or fob watch. He could treasure them as heirlooms for his own children.

you can get some very nice keyrings - i know it sounds rubbish but a jeweller will have some pretty nice ones and you can be sure they'll be used
