I need to replace my membership card holder. The card itself is rigid plastic, something like a credit card. It needs to snap-fit into a hard plastic container, of similar size, on a chain so that the front with photograph & details are on show.

I have searched the internet but cannot find exactly what I want. Maybe one of you can help.
