Mobile Phone Number

Is there any way I can find out who a mobile phone number belongs to.....someone keeps calling me.....says a couple of words then puts the phone down, when I call back they pick up the phone but do not speak.......the thing is I think I recognise their voice and would like to find out who it is.

Any ideas

Text it from a friends mobile saying "this is my new mobile" they'll probably call or Txt you to find out who it is.
