Buying My Own House

Well the final days ie coming to August of owning my house is nigh. Am getting mail regarding to start the ball rolling. Thank God - well not Thank God - there has been quite a big shortfall but I have been able to get shortfall money and please God I will have that finished in 3 years. My friend said to me Conn why don't you have a "you are a landlord now" party hahhahaha. should I?

You're only a landlord if you rent a house out, or am I missing something here?

thanks ummm and craft thanks for that reminder I thought the insurance debit would have carried on. But will chase that up.

thanks Elvis - I agree with you but I could still rent it hahhaha - will that make me a landlord now - never will I be doing that tho. I absolutely adore my home, my neighbours, and vicinity. They will be taking me out in a box.
