signing into sites

Thanks for help, Its a number of sites I now can't log into not sure what I've done there was a packard bell tool thing that came up the other day and something like remove all script how can I reach this to reverse please. I did a Yahoo Anti spy scan and LOP COM spyware has come up with recommend to remove could anyone please advise what this is and should I delete it. Very grateful for help.

Have a look at the attached to see if youre comfortable with removing LOP yourself , looks like it is adware/spyware and heres how to remove it

Before doing so though,if youre happy to do so, I would switch off system restore, then do a full scan with Lavasoft adaware (Free download) and yalso our anti-virus and only when you are sure it has been removed, switch restore back on , otherwise the programme will remain in your bachup/restore and could start again, by disabling restore it removes the older saved settings.

sorry, looking at the site again, it seems lavasoft adaware will do it automatically for you, still turn off restore though when scanning.
