I being interviewed for a job in problem management for a large technical company, can anyone give me some tips or ideas as to what i might need to know in order to "ace" the interview.

You cannot be serious! You're applying for a job in "problem management" but have to solicit advice on the problem of how to get through the interview from (presumably) people who are not involved in "problem management"! Or have I fallen for a wind-up?
