There are many communities in the US offering advice, like answer.com and mahalo. In the UK I only know Yahoo Answers, http://www.answerbag.co.uk/ , en.kioskea.net/ (IT and health forums) and forums.moneysavingexpert.com/ . What other sites like answerbank are there in the UK?
