Odd question I know but What happens to your belly button when you grow up?

Is it just a bit of squiggly looking flesh on your tummy or is it attached to anything inside?

I don't think it's attached to anything. If it were they wouldn't be able to move it so easily after tummy tucks etc.

Yes, your belly button is attached "inside" to your liver by a ligament which is the vestigial remains of a vein that was once in the umbilical cord.
