Why Would Someone Un-Block You On Facebook?

I got blocked by my ex on Facebook because I kept talking to her after we split. She ended things with me after 3 months because her ex was still on her mind. She blocked me to basically say go away and stop contacting me, no other reason than that. I found it harsh considering I was very supportive of her after she lead me on and forgave her instantly. I only maintained contact with her to say Hi and catch up once a week if that. I could understand if it was every day and I was bombarding her.

I was only blocked for just under 2 months then noticed she went and unblocked me. Why would she un-block me yet not speak to me or add me again?

I have been blocked by exes in the past and have stayed blocked for years and still haven't been unblocked. I did end those relationships though.

So why not keep me blocked? Why even think about me to unblock me.

Maybe she's calmed down and decided not to be so petty, whatever I wouldn't read much into it.
She's keeping tabs on you.
Or she may have unblocked you in in error. I would wait to see if she makes contact, if not don't do anything.

Why are you checking to see if you are blocked or not ?
what do you have to do to people to get so many of them blocking you? Can't you actually talk to a person in the flesh rather than carrying on an online fued that ends a relationship for good? They are not friends if they think blocking you from contacting them online is a solution. It's not a relationship either.
How do you block people Andrea? May come in handy for me any day soon.

She came up in suggested friends that is how I know I got un-blocked. Facebook takes blocking seriously so Facebook wouldn't have unblocked me automatically as it is a breach of privacy.

As for why I have been blocked. I must date some immature girls !! I guess people block so they don't see your profile and get hurt when you move on??? I don't do anything to warrant a block though.

I guess as someone has said its to probably spy and because it was petty to block me in the first place!
lol so they block you to save themselves from further heartache? righto, lol I know you seem to be taking it seriously, but seriously, does that not read a little bit egotistical ?
"facebook take blocking seriously" lol and so do some people. Far too seriously. Just move on with life. She is your ex for a reason

It sounds egotistical but people do it. lol! Why else block an ex after they left you.

Anyway.... I know she is an ex but we didn't date long and we were good friends. Id like to maintain a friendship with her. I took her unblocking as a sign she doesn't hate me so...maybe in the future who knows :)
i don't, and never have got all this "we can still be friends" stuff. It always means to me that one party wants the relationship to start again
She could well of re-installed fb on something amd doesnt know shes unblocked you. Leave it alone
Agree - just leave it, stop dwelling on the past and move on.
How weird, the OP is now 'user inactive'................
You sound stalkerish.
Crafty - I saw the jack reacher film....
Did you like it fluff?

I refuse to contemplate the vertically challenged Cruise as the 6'5" Reacher.
As long as you've never read the books and have no idea of the physical descrip of him, he does a good enough job but imo its a typical tom cruise film. Fine to while away acouple of hours but thats about it.

But if yr a fan..... you might just shout at the tv a lot...
