Just Back From Tenby..

..What a cracking week we had.The weather was mostly clear and sunny.It rained just once for about 10 mins and we were on a bus at the time.It was very windy and at times bitterly cold. Tenby is such a lovely resort, Georgian houses painted pastel colours, beautiful harbour, coastal walks and beaches. A highlight of the week was to see the lifeboat launched (training exercise).If you've never witnessed a lifeboat slipway launch its quite spectacular.Mind you it's an expensive place to eat and drink.For example steak and ale pie for £10.95 although Sunday Lunch at the 'Normandie Bar' is well worth it. Generous portions and a speciallity veg of baked leek and ham in a cream sauce topped with cheese ,quite delicious.Enjoy the video.....

I love Tenby, it's my most favourite British place. My dad, two of my nieces and my day's friend got 'rescued' by that lifeboat - and it was shown on an episode of a programme that was on last year about Tenby.
