Gym Instructor

I am looking at a career change to become a Gym Instructor. I have found an online course to study the theory topics. The website is net-learners.com. Has anyone used this company and how do you rate them.

This is because you might then find it almost impossible to find a course which only deals with the practical side. (i.e. you might well have to do a 'combined' course which would mean that you would end up studying, and paying for, the same component twice).

you'll see that details of approved training providers can be obtained from the Register of Exercise Professionals. I recommend contacting REP before entering into any commitment with net-learners.com.

i agree - even if the course was sound if not gyms will accept it then its not going to get you very far - better to spend your cash on an industry approved one... Premier training are one of the best in the industry and respected by all UK gyms - basic gym instructor course 2 weeks long full time attendance in various sites arounf the uk - can build this up to a full diploma covering massage, sports therapy etc in time if you want to... good luck with the career change
