What Do You Do In The Advert Break?

If I have a tv channel on with advert breaks I use them to make a coffee, go to toilet, water the plants, stack the dishwasher, check ebay/emails.
I know that the national grid used to know when ads were on by the peaks of electricity due to kettles going on.
What do you use the breaks for?
