i have just replaced a belt on my tumble dryer but the drum isn't sitting right & making a scraping noise. How can I re-align the drum?

I have just had to replace my Hotpoint dryer.The belt had broken but my husband said there were some ball bearings floating around in the bottom of the casing so I ditched it and bought a new one.The old one I had had for 14 years so I don't think it owed me anything.They are quite reasonable,got mine in Currys.If you can afford I would buy a new one.

thanx for reply. the hotpoint dryer I have broke on the day the guarantee ran out. How's that for timing!
