Thanks Linsie. The link doesn't work but I will do a search for worldof numbers and hope for the best. I just hope I can understand it when I find it as my mind goes blank when faced with more than two numbers. Thanks for the help.

If you haven't found the site, BabsG, click on Linsie's link again and, when the site comes up as not found, delete the</p> at the end of the address bar then press 'Go' and that'll take you to the site.

It's about palindromic triangulars and I haven't found the answer there (or anywhere else yet) but that could well be my lack of knowledge of such things.

I have found the answer now and it is nothing to do with palindromic triangulars though I must thank Linsie for trying to help.

I found it at last - take the M25 clockwise and the next exit is the A127.

127 is the answer.
