As a basic guide your Cv is a selling tool so use it to sell yourself. Keep it to 2 pages maximum and open it with a really punchy/catchy 2 lines staing why the employer should even continue reading it! make bold statements and ensure it reads well so no spelling mistakes etc! Good luck.

Many Thanks, Impret-Sir and DJerba for the info.
Hi Lalique
Half a dozen bullet points listing your key skills and achievements can be an attention grabber. Recruiters don't want to wade through loads of info to get to the interesting bits, so if you can sell your strengths on the first page you gain interest immediately.
12 years with a current employer will also look good.
Best of luck
Ali
