Can anyone help ?My mum in law has bought a Beko WMD261W washer and it is taking over two hours to do a 30 degree time saver wash. Am I missing something obvious?

Were Beko not recalled because of some fault? Maybe you should contact the manufacturer.
yeah.....beko are crap. mine is a heap of sh**. if it is new (or still in warranty), she needs to contact the retailer for more assistance. never, ever buy a beko again.....they all break.

thanks for your replies I'll give the retailer a call I was just worried that we had done some silly.

Just in case this happens to anyone else.This is a known problem ! The dial has to be exactly on the line or it doesn't select the correct programme .I couldn't believe the answer was so simple and so ridiculous.
