Wish I Was This Motivated

more often. With my BIG weekend away looming and it being an Avon week, I made a point of getting ALL my orders done and dusted today/tomorrow and I'm on a roll, going out right after dinner....what's wrong with me or should I just imagine every 3rd Weekend is a Weekend away?

She might get the hump - she doesn't share well! (only child) Think she's out of the bath now. Tell you this has been a week and a half and it's only Wednesday (yes I know, but in my book it's never tomorrow until I've been to bed and slept) What with, the plumbing problems, the oven needed fixing and my bout of bad health .... wish it was Sunday!

the element was "drooping" for want of a better way of putting it. The spark said normally they'd just stop working but this was sagging at the back and at the front - he was due here this morning at 9.00 Best beloved opened the doors at 8.30 and there he was! We couldn't use the oven as Queenie couldn't get it wo work, so we had take out, strangely she decided to bake, and it turned out the oven wouldn't work because the clock hadn't been set!
Still, takeout, home baking and no washing up! Result!

Good night all, gawd I seem to be knackered.

Oh did I mention that the door handle on my bedroom door is broken too?
and two bulbs in the kitchen have blown? The doorhandle I shall dismantle tomorrow and try and fix it otherwise I'll have to fit a new one - best beloved will have to go up a ladder to fix the lights! Did I say I wish it was Sunday?

may all your troubles be over before then nungate. OH has decided to decorate the bathroom at last but he hasn't put up the mirror in the hall or bedroom and now there is not a mirror up in the house. doing your hair in a small 2"x2" make up mirror is no joke especially when you can only hold things in one hand
keep smiling - it aggravates people because they don't know why.

We moved to this house in April 2010, I didn't have a mirror in my bathroom until I got back from holiday in October that year. My sister in law's partner put up a couple for me when we were away. Just as well I have a good memory for faces! (the second went into the en suite)
