The beauty of the system is that the judge/ magistrate is polite and respectful so that we don't have to be.

Yeah Fred I see on re-reading the post: it's not a judge and not a murder Trial (and the proceedings didnt take place in Woolwich) but other than that, we can only take issue at chivalrous or pragmatic.

I keep on having to learn from lawyers to read what is written
