Wamp Server Help Needed

I am trying to configure WAMP server 2.2 64bit to run as a test server for Dreamweaver CS6. I am running Windows 8 x64.
I had it running ok (after some reconfiguration) when I was running on 32 bit (both Wamp & Windows 8) but I keep getting the:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /c:wamp/www/index.htm on this server."
I have been trawling various forums and can't find anything that works.
I opens up the "localhost" page fine and will show the above page from within the "Projects" link.
Any suggestions or links to useful pages would be welcome.

It's odd, I can access the server by typing "localhost" into the browser.
The 403 error only comes when I try and view the page from Dreamweaver...

Ok, cracked it!
The problem was the HTTP url at the Dreamweaver end.

Five hours well spent, if you ask me :-)
