Coming in a bit late here but seeing what the woman reported as what was said to her, I think that's ok to say it in that context. As for the word itself being used, it's a matter of opinion, some take offence and some don't. I don't like the word describing what it is because to me it's common (as Seb has said) my preference is to use the "proper" words for parts of the body but that's my choice. IMO we should be looking to improve what is said and shown on television not dumb down so much but then I'm old fashioned and have different views to many.
