Can anyone recommend any shops that have larger sizes in women's clothes? I use Evans and Next are finally getting bigger sizes in, but I'm running out of places to try. I'm looking for 18-20 size, but reasonably priced.

thank you in advance :o)

Sadly none of the Sainsburys near me do clothing, but I will certainly check out the others. We actually have a George store in Liverpool so I will try there.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated.

Try H&M - they do a range called Big Is Beautiful, or something just as patronising, and their clothes are pretty cheap.
Try Dorothy Perkins and New Look.
go to simply be on the internet they sell large clothes quite cheaply..

thank you one and all. I can feel some serious retail therapy coming on!
Also BHS and Matalan
I'll go with Buchanan on this one : Dorothy Perkins and New Look are definitely my favourite places to shop. I'm the same size as you, and they're the only two shops ( well, in my area anyway ) where I have always found reasonnably priced, nicely fitting and fashionable clothes, especially jeans ( sooo hard to find ! ). Also Primark sometimes have a few gems hidde in the racks. For a bit of splashing out, you can also try Monsoon, they now do a bigger sizes range. Gorgeous ! Happy shopping ! X
etam is another good choice
Inspire range at new look has all the up to date gear.
I used to sometimes shop in Etam, but not sokeen on their ranges recently and their prices have risen.I get some stuff from my Great Universal Catalogue, use Peacocks and also Bon Marche as they now do some "not old ladies" clothing up to size 24.

try QVC or Ideal World shopping channels, they may be a bit dearer but the quality is very good indeed and there is no problem with sizes, ideally the answer is to holiday in the US and buy all your clothes there, where big sizes are plentiful and cheap.

best of luck Dee Sa

try your nearest T.K.MAXX, its hit & miss there, sometimes there are lots of bigger sizes and sometimes not, but another TKMAXX will have.
