Birthday Celebration

I am organising a birthday celebration in a restaurant for a couple of my friends, there are 15 of getting together It's a special birthday for both of them (different ages -mature ladies). One is a party girl and the other does not like too much fuss although she still likes to enjoy herself. I would like to decorate the table with a helium filled balloon display (not going to put any age on them). Do you think that would be ok or is it too much

I think helium balloon display would be ideal. Its hardly a stripagram is it?!
