actually i am refering to the gas pressure, the water pressure is o.k ,but they say it is the working pressure that is low and that is why it cannot give hot water, the gas pipe from the meter to the boiler is 22mm.
thanks, waiting for a reply

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.jsharareh, Look behind the front panel of the boiler, you will find the manufacturers technical data badge. The gas working pressure required is on this badge ( usually around 18 millibar, but appliances vary ).This reading must be taken from the inlet side of the gas valve. Anything below recommended pressure will affect the performance of the boiler, especially in domestic hot water mode. If you are not attaining the required pressure, possible causes are : - pipe sizing not carried out correctly ( 22m to the boiler does not necessarily ensure the correct pressure ) ; possible blockage in gas supply: Consumer control **** ( maintap near meter ) not fully on ; Insufficient gas pressure to the property. Also have the gas rate of the appliance checked.
Your engineer ( Corgi registered of course ) should carry out these checks in relation to your problem.
Hope this helps.
