.... does anyone else think that Richard is way out of Judy's league. I know he's a overbearing boob at times but really I would not be surprised if he had an affair with someone who looked much less like she could be his mother. If I hear when I had my womens troubles one more time I might ......

i see where you are coming from.i think richard is pretty on the ball.he more with the times that judy is really.i did see some prog where they were talking to someone who said they turned on richard and judy when their mother was in the room and the mother apparently said "oh isnt it lovely of that young lad to do a tv show with his mother".funny thing is she most likely isnt the only person to of said those words.and whats with richards hair.he has had the same hair style since he fist showed his face on tv.

As I am sure Richard and Judy would say - if they ever discussed this specific issue, which I'm tipping they avoid - he loves her, and she is the mother of his children. However she looks, his love for her is not routed in her appearence, and her love for him is not diminished by his irritating gaffes.

They are obviously happy together, and as a family - appearences are - literally - deceptive.

She's punching above her weight, there's no doubt, but to be honest, I'd rather spend an hour in her company than his. His smarmy charm and so called good looks do nothing for me personally, tho I can see objectively that he may be considered out of her league.

He looks good for his age (isn't he 50 this year?) and poor Judy seems to have gathered speed the past couple of years. They seem to be an odd couple now but they'd probably be lost without each other.

I agree goodsoulette. But its just cos he's not bad for his age and she looks like she had a tough paper round but maybe when they were younger it was different. I can imagine her being a gorgeous blonde and him being a bit of a geek.

Well I just can't make up my mind about them .. he seems kind of annoying and I don't know why .. its in a sort of dad trying to say cool words kinda way .. and she seems to be all shaky and weird and yet has a good brain ... and she could make a lot more of herself I think. I think she is brighter than he to be honest, and if I had to make a final decision I would say that he needs her more than she needs him.
