Hi,
bought a new black Jazz about 3 months ago. On giving it a wash down I noticed strange tracks on the bonnet. Hard to describe but seem like a row of dashes as if some one had run a gear wheel across it. There are 2 or 3 of these markings under the lacquer.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

They have polished the car with a Elc Circular Polisher.
