slinky.kate Question Author no tony my hair is short and it was only a trim, actually his hair was longer,i just think its unfair and sexist In that case then kate I think it should have been the same price as the guy paid.

All products directed at women are overpriced in my view. But, you always pay the prices stated. My mum clips at her own hair, I have yet to persuade her to have a Sigourney Weaver alien look, though.
Perhaps its cos they don't have to indulge in inane, vacuous conversations with men. ;)
That is quite a sexist remark :((
I had half head of highlights and a cut & blow dry, but admit I have not let them cut my hair for over 6 months, but its only a local shop the bill was £75. Been going there for approx. 5 years but I am now looking for somewhere cheaper.
At Trevor Sorbie in The Lanes you get a glass of wine while they cut your hair.
I go to the Toni and Guy school in central London and pay nothing. Gumtree has adverts for schools needing models throughout the country. They are well supervised, but only any good if you dont mind how long it takes them.
"At Trevor Sorbie in The Lanes you get a glass of wine while they cut your hair."

That's because they want to get you 'tipsy' & 'sweet' so you would tip big. :)
I had my a cut and blow dry last week it cost me £35.
and Jogger, I have been to the Trevor Sorbie salon in Covent Garden to let a trainee work on my hair. No wine though!
lol society

Within no more than 100 yards of the salon, there are The Pump House, The Sussex, The Cricketers, The Black Lion, The Victory, The Seven Stars, The Druid's Head, The Mesmerist, and The Bath Arms. They don't need to give you free wine to get you tipsy!
grassy ... the Brighton salon is obviously more jolly than the London salon.

:0)
I'd love to go to Nicky Clarke but I think its about £600.
I get my hair cut for free by me. :)
No doubt. I went to Brighton for the marathon to watch my daughter run. She was 76th woman. Out of about 10,000 runners I think she was good and made a grand for charity.
She was fab, grassy
Thank you jogger x
£4 !! it is £10 to £12 here for a men's haircut( £8 for kids and pensioners Thursdays only) . Women's cuts start at £25 .
I have not seen a £4 hair cut even for children for well over 10 years.
I suppose a woman could go to the gents barber and get a cut for £10. No unisex here either its gents or ladies .
where are you by the way ?
Get my hair cut in Skipton for £4.....
well, you know to ask for a man's haircut next time.
