In my experience of the motorway I suspect the only folk who get het up about this are those wanting to do 95mph plus and who object having to go into the right hand lane. I do wonder what important announcement this is trying to hide.

No-one seems to have noticed the concurrent policy that oap's are to be stationed at roundabouts on chairs with tartan blankets to cover their legs. Their mission is to report arrogant people who lack the intellect or ability to use their indicators.

The people who get "het up" at this are the people in lane one doing more than the 60 mph that the people in lane two are doing.
