I'm researching the family tree using Ancestry and until today have been able to save information from their records but now when I enter "save" I get the message "javascript void 0". I have checked that my system says enabled so am at a complete loss, please help. Thanks in anticipation, Wired

Which browser are you using, and which version? (It's possible that a recent update to your browser means that the Ancestry website is no longer compatible with it or that an update to the Ancestry site means that it's no longer compatible with older browsers). Check that you're using the latest (stable) edition of your browser. Then try a different browser. Most of the 'regulars ' around here, in AB's Technology section, would probably recommend Firefox as your first choice:
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
with Chrome as a close second:
http://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/chrome/browser/
(I love Firefox but I can't seem to get on with Chrome).
Safari would probably take 3rd place:
http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1531
with Internet Explorer definitely being a 'non-runner'!

Thanks Chris, I've just re-installed on internet explorer but didn't make any difference, next stop is firefox. Ancestry is up-dating its system so maybe... who knows?
Just to add to Chris's excellent advice give Mozilla SeaMonkey a whirl, I have had loads of probs with both Firefox & Chrome on Windows 7 & am finding Seamonkey quite good.

Thanks WR, I went through Mozilla Firefox and it worked like a charm and I didn't have to through the keyboard through the window, thank goodness for this site, Wired
