Fatties beware.....?
Apparently cadburys etc are putting "be treatwise warnings" on their choccie bars, advising people to get active for 30 minutesand to enjoy it in moderation.
I dont know about you guys but I don't think the people that make these yummy products are the problem, its kids that sit around all day playing on their playstations when they should be outside running around like we used to. i go to the park some sundays and it is empty no kids playing, the same at the pool. They are all indoors rotting.
Surely 99% of people know what they should be doing and just dont so it.

Either way, it's really easy to just laze about and be apathetic when it comes to exercise. I don't really have much choice but to be really active but even if I didn't have the night off tonight, it'd be a big effort to get over the apathy and laziness. I'm much rather pick fluff (currently navy blue) out of my belly button than do any exercise at all tonight. Tomorrow's another story :(
