A true story . At a large factory where I once worked the works safety officer fell off a ladder and broke his leg.
Funny enough anyway, but he was putting up a sign about 'Safe use of ladders' when he fell .

When we ran our factory in the 80's, my husband had a visit by the Health & Safety Officer. His hand was bandaged and when my husband asked him what had happened, he sheepishly said that he put his hand in between his two dogs who were fighting.
