Sorry to hear that Excel. I went at 10pm last night, after persevering for four hours and until my eyes could not see any more; I know what insomnia is like, though. Every nnow and then, I cannot sleep for toffee.

Do you like classical music? If not, I suggest playing a soft, lulling, piece by Rachmaninov (my mum says classical music would send her off to sleep!), I would suggest Rachmaninov's second symphony, movement number three.
