During the 70's Bejam (Freezer Centres) used to sell frozen bread dough. It came in packets of 2 loaves but I can't remember the manufacturer. Does anyone know if it or similar is still sold. Iceland doesn't sell it.
Take one bag of flour, a bit under a litre of warm water, a sachet of yeast and perhaps a tablespoon of salt. Mix. Freeze if desired, but I'd recommend putting it in some tins and baking it first. It'll take less time than going to Bejam's too.
