Chocolate Caraque

My son has brought home a recipe from school that says he needs Chocolate Caraque.

Does anyone know what this is?

Hi Galaxy

Did a quick search on Jeeves and found a recipe using choc caraque.Basically to make it you pour melted chocolate onto a non scratch surface and let it set until your hands don't stick to it.Then you get a palette knife and kind of shave the chocolate to make scrolls. So it seems it is chocolate shavings! Hope that helps.
