doing a good deed for someone..... they had a stain on mattress. I cleaned it with flash with bleach. now the mattress stinks of bleach, any suggestions.. TIA

id leave it, i like the smell of bleach.

Could you take it outside and let fresh air do its stuff?

In my experience that flash with bleach smells really strong but it soon disappears. I agree with Boo, just air it well.

air it or you could put some dry bi carbonate of soda or even talcum powder leave for awhile then brush or vacuum off. did you do the whole mattress or just patches?

if you can't move it outside (weather permitting) would Febreze (or something similar) help?

Good luck Im sure that it wont be too much of a problem the smell will fade.
