i dont seem to be able to get onto this site it keeps coming up error.
Breastfeed babies can have an extremely efficient system. My daughter only went once a week or 10 days for about 6 months, before I introduced solids. I was advised by the doctor and midwife that this is completely normal though passing the stools so infrequently can cause the child some pain as the end of the stool becomes dry and thus can hurt or be uncomfortable as it come out. As long as the rest of the stool is soft and that nice yellow colour the baby is fine.

yep, totally normal for a breast fed baby - mine was the same at times. As above says, their systems can be very efficient, as they are getting 100 percent nutrients, no fillers, bulking agents or other processed junk like in formula, and so may only need to poo very infrequently. As long as your wee one doesn't seem in any discomfort or pain when pooing, you've nothing to worry about.
