Vodafone Freedom Freebie Not Come Through To Phone.

I have £10 VODAFONE freedom freebies every month and I do it online. My 30 days were up last night so when I tried to do it on line this morning it went through all the procedure accepted everthing but still has not come through to my phone. Just wondered if anyone else was having trouble as it said yesterday they were updating there site. I don't want to try again or I might be charged twice. I won't see if it is on my credit card till tomorrow.

panic over. After 3 hours it has finally come through. All other times it has come through straight away.

No still not right they have put the £10 on to the normal credit. Checking through the site it looks like the £10 freebie is not available at the moment.

thank you for reply Northboy. I have topped up like this for a few years and no problems. I have checked now and it says freebies not available at the moment. I don't use phone a lot just messages and when out. I think it best I stay as I am or I will get more confused being a silver surfer. Just wondered if anyone else was having the same problem.

Same problem here wendilla. I topped up £20 well over a week ago and I usually get a Rewardz code texted to me within an hour or so. Nothing so far, although I haven't yet tried the Vodafone website (mainly because the animations on it take so long to load!).

I have just rang them up and they have transferred the £10 of the credit on to my freedom freebie She said there is a fault with the sight.
