How can a chocolate which is 20 calories help you LOSE weight? Surely no chocolate at all would be more successful! ;) LOL

I believe what I wish to and do not accept that chocolate is a putter-on of weight. It is a laxative and I'll say no more because I am about to go to the toilet and then into bed. I've been eating chocolate and drinking red wine. Good night all.
