Assuming that you have a wheel or the car to measure here are some formulas.For a 4 stud pattern S divided by .7071 For 5 stud S/ .5878 For 6 stud S/ .5 S being the distance between the centre point of one stud to the centre point of the next stud. Not the opposite stud. Hope this helps
